WE HAVE OUR RA !!!!!!!

Introducing Qing Xiao Nan soon to be Lily Stella Yeatts

This is the first picture we ever saw of our daughter - the one we fell in love with, she is about 9 mo old in this picture.

These are the pictures we received with her update 3 weeks ago. As you can see she is very small. She only weighs 14 lbs at two years old. She is not sitting. Due to the fact that she is malnourished and needs her heart surgery soon the CCAA expedited our RA. We will travel to China by the end of July, but we are praying that the next steps will also be expedited and we will go sooner. We are desperate to bring our sweetie home and give her the love and medical attention she needs.
The social welfare institute where she is at has been amazing. They have responded to all our questions the next day, and have done further medical tests for us. They really want to see her in a family.
We are not sure of all that lies ahead with Lily, but we KNOW that whatever we are to face she is ours, and we will love her and do all we can to help her.

Oh Rachel, Bless her heart.

She is adorable and NEEDS her family soon.

I wanted to answer your question on the ya*hoo group here as the groups is not moderated on the weekends.

If you want things expedited here in the US, contact your Senator or Congressman's office. Otherwise, it probably won't happen.

Email me through the yah*hoo group if you want.

Not sure if you know who I am, but we're with AW and brought home our little girl 19 months ago. She was 35 months old and very ill, had OHS a week after we arrived home. She was also very weak and could hardly stand when we got her. Now … I wish you could see her!

Can't wait until you're able to travel. We are hoping to leave with the next group to bring home our son.

And I cannot wait to be able to hold her in person too :) Fun times ahead.
